Dr. Daniel Coulter, M.D.

Daniel Coulter, M.D., treats adolescents, adults and seniors of all ages. He is especially interested in treating patients suffering from major depression and anxiety disorders including Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Social Anxiety Disorder. Dr. Coulter also routinely treats patients suffering from a variety of other behavioral issues including attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), sleep disorders, insomnia and other mood disorders.
Dr. Coulter received his Doctor of Medicine degree from Creighton University, did his psychiatric residency at Penn State University and has been Board Certified in Psychiatry and Neurology since 2012.
Dr. Coulter is suboxone certified and, in addition, is certified in the application of transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS or rTMS), an advanced, FDA-approved, neuromodulation therapy used to treat behavioral disorders resistant to traditional drug therapy. He brings to the TheraMind Center a wealth of experience in treating patients in both in-patient hospital and outpatient treatments centers in the California Central Coast.
